All participants and staff-volunteers are required to take a Covid test about 24 hours before arriving at the event and must withdraw from attending if they test positive. (An at-home test is sufficient.) We will give you a full refund.
If you have any Covid-like symptoms, you must stay home. We will give you a full refund.
If you have been exposed to Covid too recently for a Covid test to determine yet whether you have the virus, please stay home. We will give you a full refund.
We respect participants’ wishes related to social distancing and masking.
We have medical professionals available to provide counsel to the weekend leadership as needed.
