Support Groups & Discussion Groups

Public Groups. Private Groups. Get support any where, any time.

You don’t have to go through this alone anymore. We are right there with you, as close as the nearest computer or mobile device.

We’ve been amazed at how helpful private, confidential Facebook groups can be with others who are going through similar experiences or struggling with similar issues.

We strive to create safe, supportive, non-judgmental online communities where you can give and receive support and process some of the often messy emotions and experiences of life.

So we invite you to look at our group descriptions, read the membership agreements below, and consider joining us online.

Our Stories

This is a secret group intended as a highly confidential and supportive environment for women who have completed A Woman Who Loves (formerly known as A Wife’s Healing Journey) program any time since its beginning in 2009 and who continue on a journey of growth and healing.

This Facebook group has been my lifeline when I thought there no hope in sight.

Christi, Pennsylvania, USA

This group has brought so much hope and understanding at one of the darkest times in my life

Rue, Mississippi, USA

This wonderful group took me from a place of secrecy with no voice to words of affirmation and a sisterhood.

Maureen, Florida, USA

Knowing I am not alone in this journey and have the support of other women who “get it” helps me move forward in life and become stronger.

Jill, Illinois, USA

After discovery, I felt so alone and hopeless. This group brought the affirmation and friendship and encourage that I needed to move forward in my healing. I don’t know where I’d be without these strong ladies!

Heather, Pennsylvania, USA

Being part of the Facebook groups offers me wonderful opportunities to interact with my fellow “journeyers” in this work. My experience, strength and hope can help those who walk this walk, especially those who have fallen into despair and hopelessness. And I benefit from the experience, strength and hope of others, as well.

Harvey, Ontario, Canada
